MORE THAN A RIDE
More services under your brand
One app for everyday journeys, deliveries and specialist transport. You choose which services your company offers in its city or country.
A delivery starts in the same app
Customers choose a car or motorcycle courier and how to hand over the parcel: at the vehicle or from door to door. Documents, groceries and parcels have their own booking flow.
Sender and recipient addresses, parcel details and courier type in one flow.
A familiar journey from pickup to arrival
Passengers set their route, choose a vehicle class and see the price before booking. Your fleet’s fares and available cars define the offer.
Immediate and scheduled rides, extra stops and trip comments.
Your service beyond the city
Offer out-of-town and intercity rides alongside urban taxi services. Customers select the service in your app and enter the journey they need.
Your company determines the coverage area and conditions.
A vehicle for the things that need more room
Give customers a dedicated cargo-taxi option for bulky items and local transport. They can choose the vehicle category your company offers.
Vehicle capacity and transport conditions depend on your fleet.
Their companion is part of the booking
A dedicated flow asks which animal is travelling and how it will be carried. Your fleet receives the details needed for the pet-friendly service it offers.
Animal type, carrier and other transport details before dispatch.
A driver for the customer’s own car
Customers request a driver to take them in their own vehicle. The booking captures the route and transmission type so your team can prepare the service.
Automatic or manual transmission and additional route stops.
These services are available for configuration. Your fleet chooses the service mix, vehicles and local operating conditions. Screens show the SkyTaxi configuration.
BOOKING
A ride starts with a simple choice
Two taps to a car
The pickup address comes from geolocation; the destination comes from your history or the map. The fare is shown before confirmation.
Book ahead
Choose a specific time, with a reminder and automatic vehicle assignment in advance.
More than one stop
Add a stop, wait along the way or change the route during a ride. The price is recalculated accordingly.
Book for someone else
Order a ride using another passenger’s phone number: for a parent, child or guest.
PAYMENTS & LOYALTY
Easy payments and a reason to return
Payment options for every ride
An in-app bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, cash to the driver, or a corporate account.
Promotions and referrals
A first-ride discount, a friend’s invitation, and campaigns for selected areas and hours.
Tips go to the driver
After the ride, as a separate amount, paid entirely to the driver.
A receipt in the app
A fiscal receipt registered with the tax authority is delivered in the app and by email where the relevant fiscal integration is connected.
Payment services, fiscal integrations and safety functions are confirmed for your market and product configuration before launch.
Book ahead
Choose a specific time, with a reminder and automatic vehicle assignment in advance.
CONFIDENCE ON EVERY RIDE
Stay connected along the way
Your car on the map
The vehicle’s live location, plate number, make and colour, plus the driver’s name and rating.
Share the journey
Send loved ones a route link that stays available for the duration of the ride.
Call for help
An emergency button sends the trip details and coordinates with the request for help.
Feedback that reaches the owner
Ratings and complaints reach the owner’s dashboard for review and follow-up.
YOUR FLEET’S RULES
You decide how your service works
- Choose which transport services are available in your city or country.
- Which vehicle classes passengers see and what they are called.
- Minimum fares and waiting charges. Dynamic pricing is planned.
- Whether to offer tips and which percentage to suggest by default.
- Whether passengers sign in by phone number only or also by email.
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
More ways to keep your city moving
DispHub keeps expanding around real transport needs. These are planned directions, separate from the services available today; launch dates and the scope of each release are still to be confirmed.
Help on the road
Tow trucks, roadside assistance, mobile tyre service, battery charging and towing.
Freight and logistics
Booking freight trucks, posting loads for transport and expanding spare-parts delivery services.
Demand, prices and routes
High-demand zones, dynamic pricing and route options that account for distance, travel time and traffic.
Shared urban mobility
Street rental of electric bicycles and scooters as further services in the passenger app.
Turn attention into repeat orders
App banners
Publish your own offers or advertise partner businesses inside the passenger app. You retain the advertising income; DispHub takes no share of it.
Pay as your fleet completes orders
When a company creates and completes an order itself, it pays DispHub 1% of the full order value once. When the order is passed to another company and completed by that company, the company that passed it on and the company that completed it each pay DispHub 1% of the full value of that order. No subscription or per-driver fees.
App branding is a one-time payment. Individual development and marketing services are ordered separately.
