Date and time in the booking
The customer specifies the required pickup date and time. Dispatch records the booking and coordinates the vehicle for that agreed time.
Airport meeting with a sign
If the passenger needs to be met with a sign, specify the exact wording and meeting place in the order. The driver follows the customer’s instructions.
A minibus and several addresses
For a group departure, collect passengers at their addresses and take them to the airport. On the return journey, meet the group and drop passengers off along the agreed route.
Turn a travel plan into a clear order
The order combines the pickup time, airport, addresses and meeting instructions. The passenger provides the travel arrangements; the transport service carries out the agreed journey.
Record the travel details
Enter the pickup date and time, the airport and all required addresses. Specify the passenger count, luggage and the wording of a meeting sign when needed.
Coordinate the pickup
Choose the available car or minibus and agree the order of stops. If the customer changes the requested time, dispatch updates the booking and coordinates the driver.
Complete and review
The driver completes the transfer in the app. Dispatch retains the order history for questions about the route, timing or payment.

1%Pay as your fleet completes orders
When a company creates and completes an order itself, it pays DispHub 1% of the full order value once. When the order is passed to another company and completed by that company, the company that passed it on and the company that completed it each pay DispHub 1% of the full value of that order. No subscription or per-driver fees.
App branding is a one-time payment. Individual development and marketing services are ordered separately.
Before you get started
Can we agree a fixed transfer price?
The dispatch order form includes tariff selection and a special-price field. Your company defines when an agreed transfer price applies and what it includes.
How do we arrange a meeting with a sign?
Add the exact text to be printed on the sign and the meeting place to the order comment. Agree the pickup time and contact details with the transport company.
Can a minibus collect a group at several addresses?
Yes, when your company provides the required minibus. Add the pickup addresses in route order for the trip to the airport, or the drop-off addresses for a trip from the airport.
