Features overview
Features that move your business forward
From the first booking to the monthly report: connect passengers, drivers and your team in one platform. Choose a goal and see how DispHub supports it.
Attract passengers and bring them back
A branded iOS and Android app brings the services you offer into one booking journey. Your company chooses the available services and vehicle classes.
- Route, vehicle class and price before booking
- Advance bookings and additional stops
- Payment choices, promotions and trip history
Two taps to a car
The pickup address comes from geolocation; the destination comes from your history or the map. The fare is shown before confirmation.
Learn morePayment options for every ride
An in-app bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, cash to the driver, or a corporate account.
Learn moreGive drivers a smoother working day
The driver app connects incoming orders, trip stages and earnings. Your company sets the rules; drivers work with the services and orders available to them.
- Available orders and personal filters
- Arrival, waiting, trip and completion
- Balance, earnings and order history
Suggestions with driver confirmation
Fleet allocation rules can account for distance, rating and workload. Auto-pick suggests suitable orders; the driver confirms acceptance, as shown in the current app.
Learn moreSet the conditions that suit the shift
Set a pickup radius, minimum fare, price per kilometre and city limits. Individual filters can also take a destination area into account.
Learn moreManage orders in one place
Take phone bookings, work with advance orders and corporate accounts, and review order events in one workspace.
- Booking details, route, fare and comments
- Automatic and manual assignment settings
- Order history, archive and exports
Assignment by fleet rules
The assignment configuration can consider distance, rating, workload and declined orders. In the current driver app, auto-pick proposes a suitable order and the driver confirms acceptance.
Learn moreManual control when needed
A regular customer, a special vehicle or a disputed situation may need an operator’s decision. Select a driver manually from the order form when your access rights allow it.
Learn moreZones, priorities and restrictions
Agree rules for zones, airports, vehicle suitability and customer restrictions. The assignment logic follows the operating model configured for your fleet.
Learn moreTurn operational data into decisions
Review operations and finances, manage people and vehicles, and configure your company’s service area and commercial settings.
- Orders, driver activity and financial reports
- Drivers, vehicles, classes, fares and areas
- Promotions, app banners and partner settings
Finance
Revenue, completed trips, average order value, driver payouts and platform commission in one view. Select dates and grouping, examine the income structure and export CSV or Excel.
Learn moreOrders
Follow completed and cancelled orders, compare activity over time and inspect the underlying records in the order archive.
Learn moreServices and tariffs
Control minimum fare, distance rates, waiting, service availability and applicable cancellation rules. Manage different transport categories without separate administration panels.
Learn moreOpen more ways to book
Orders from connected customer apps and web booking enter the same queue. The team does not need a separate dispatch screen for each source.
Learn more
Your own app
A direct connection to passengers under your brand. Share download links on your website, social channels and service materials so customers can return to you.
Learn morePhone bookings
Keep a familiar way for customers to reach you. The dispatcher enters the route, time and comments in the order record; telephony features depend on the agreed connection.
Learn moreWeb bookings
A connected web form sends orders to the shared queue. We define its placement on your website, fields and booking rules when preparing the channel.
Learn moreOffer the services your customers need
City rides, delivery, intercity travel and more, all in your service’s app. Build a catalogue around your fleet, operating area and customer demand.

Taxi
Passengers set their route, choose a vehicle class and see the price before booking. Your fleet’s fares and available cars define the offer.
Learn moreDelivery
Customers choose a car or motorcycle courier and how to hand over the parcel: at the vehicle or from door to door. Documents, groceries and parcels have their own booking flow.
Learn moreIntercity
Offer out-of-town and intercity rides alongside urban taxi services. Customers select the service in your app and enter the journey they need.
Learn more1%
Pay as your fleet completes orders
When a company creates and completes an order itself, it pays DispHub 1% of the full order value once. When the order is passed to another company and completed by that company, the company that passed it on and the company that completed it each pay DispHub 1% of the full value of that order. No subscription or per-driver fees.
App branding is a one-time payment. Individual development and marketing services are ordered separately.
