Driver app
Your driver app
Every shift in view
Drivers care about what they earn and how easy the app is to use. Bring orders, routes, filters and shift accounts together in one working tool.
- Order details before acceptance
- Your own search filters
- A clear view of earnings
- Apps, dispatch and management together
DURING THE SHIFT
The next decision starts with the right information
See the order before you accept
Pickup distance, route length, fare and payment method are visible in the order feed before the driver makes a decision.
From pickup to completion
The active order brings together the route, trip stages, passenger contact and navigation. Scheduled orders show their date and time.
Plan the next pickup
When enabled for the fleet, a nearby next order can be offered before the current journey ends, helping reduce empty mileage.
Go online, take a break
Drivers control their online status and can pause or end their shift without calling the dispatcher.
THE RIGHT ORDERS
Set the conditions that suit the shift
Set a pickup radius, minimum fare, price per kilometre and city limits. Individual filters can also take a destination area into account.
Suggestions with driver confirmation
Fleet allocation rules can account for distance, rating and workload. Auto-pick suggests suitable orders; the driver confirms acceptance, as shown in the current app.
The 1.8-second matching time in the product brief is a development target, not a measured result or a service guarantee.
EARNINGS AND PAYMENTS
The shift adds up in front of you
A clear breakdown
Review completed orders, earnings, fleet deductions and tips by order. Statistics bring the selected period together instead of leaving everything to a weekly total.
Wallet and withdrawals
The wallet shows the available balance, transaction history and withdrawal request. Card payouts follow the fleet’s schedule or a driver request when enabled; the payment connection and terms are agreed for the market.
Deductions without surprises
The driver sees the fleet’s deduction rule before accepting an order. The rule is defined by your fleet.
Cash stays in the accounts
Cash orders form part of the shift accounts. Fiscal reporting is available through the corresponding country integration when connected.
JOINING YOUR FLEET
A clear start for every driver
Documents from the phone
Upload photos of the driving licence, vehicle registration and insurance through the app. The fleet reviews the application before access is granted.
Your fleet approves the application
Document checks take place in the owner’s dashboard. Validity dates and expiry reminders are part of the agreed onboarding configuration.
Guidance for the first shifts
Short in-app guidance introduces the working flow. Support and dispatcher contact are accessible from the app.
Several fleets, when your model allows it
When your company enables the network, you see available partner orders within the configured area. The list follows your location and the fleet’s access rules.
BUILT FOR DAILY WORK
An interface the driver can adjust
Light, dark and readable
Switch between light, dark and system themes. Text size can be increased to suit the driver’s needs.
Notifications that suit the shift
Order sounds, vibration and push notifications have separate settings, with navigation preferences available in the same settings area.
The right information for each role
- The driver sees the fare, route, payment method, deductions, their rating and the reasons for changes.
- Passenger contact can use a masked number when the corresponding telephony service is connected.
- Other drivers’ personal details and earnings are not part of the driver’s view.
- The fleet can configure whether assignments may extend beyond the end of a shift.
Pay as your fleet completes orders
When a company creates and completes an order itself, it pays DispHub 1% of the full order value once. When the order is passed to another company and completed by that company, the company that passed it on and the company that completed it each pay DispHub 1% of the full value of that order. No subscription or per-driver fees.
App branding is a one-time payment. Individual development and marketing services are ordered separately.
