The network stays under your control
Connect with other transport companies using DispHub. Share orders and let your drivers see available partner orders within the configured area, while keeping your own brand and operating rules.
You choose the partners
Enable selected companies, adjust partnerships or leave the network entirely. Your company can operate independently whenever that is the right choice.
The server reconciles the balances
The system records the originating company and the company whose driver completes the order, then calculates their shares. At calendar month-end, DispHub reconciles the balances and handles invoices and mutual settlements through the platform. For an order passed to another company and completed by that company, the company that passed it on and the company that completed it each pay DispHub 1% of the full order value. This fee is calculated separately from the partners’ agreed shares.
Keep responsibility visible
Documents and activity
The source brief also covers licence, insurance and inspection reminders, driver churn and its possible causes. Confirm the available reports and notification setup for your deployment during the demo.
Fiscal data and records
Receipt status and rejection reasons, offline limits, signature and certificate expiry, and country-specific exports depend on the connected fiscal integration. Availability is confirmed for your country before launch.
Roles and traceable changes
Define which financial and passenger data each role may access. The product brief includes an author-and-time audit trail for changes to money and tariffs; confirm the required logging scope in your configuration.
