Delivery in your own service
Let customers book parcel and document delivery through your app. Bring the sender, recipient, courier type and handoff method into one order, managed through the same transport platform.
A booking designed for a parcel
Sender and recipient
Record pickup and delivery addresses with the parcel description. The booking keeps the information needed to carry the item from one side to the other.
The courier your service offers
The delivery screen offers car and motorcycle couriers. Enable the options your company provides and match them to the kinds of parcels you accept.
Handoff and completion
Customers choose handoff beside the vehicle or door-to-door service. Delivery is confirmed by completing the order on the driver and customer sides, with a rating and comment after delivery.
From collection to delivery
Delivery has its own booking choices in the passenger app. Agree parcel limits and the handoff procedure for the service you operate.
Describe the delivery
Choose delivery, enter the two addresses and describe the parcel. Select the courier and handoff options available in your service.
Coordinate the courier
Dispatch follows the order, and the courier uses the assigned route and booking details. Clarify collection instructions before the handoff.
Complete the handoff
After handoff, the order is completed on the driver and customer sides. The customer can leave a rating and comment about the delivery.
A delivery starts in the same app
Customers choose a car or motorcycle courier and how to hand over the parcel: at the vehicle or from door to door. Documents, groceries and parcels have their own booking flow.

1%Pay as your fleet completes orders
When a company creates and completes an order itself, it pays DispHub 1% of the full order value once. When the order is passed to another company and completed by that company, the company that passed it on and the company that completed it each pay DispHub 1% of the full value of that order. No subscription or per-driver fees.
App branding is a one-time payment. Individual development and marketing services are ordered separately.
Before you get started
What is the difference between the handoff options?
For address-to-address service, the handoff takes place beside the vehicle. Door-to-door service includes the courier going to the specified door. Your company sets the conditions and price.
How is delivery confirmed?
By completing the order on the driver and customer sides. The customer can rate the delivery and leave a comment. This is the standard handoff confirmation process.
Does the courier collect payment for the goods or shop for the customer?
No. The standard service transports a prepared parcel; it does not include collecting payment for the goods or buying them. Goods are paid for directly with the seller. The delivery service is paid separately under the transport company’s terms.
