for the entire platform

When a company creates and completes an order itself, it pays DispHub 1% of the full order value once. When the order is passed to another company and completed by that company, the company that passed it on and the company that completed it each pay DispHub 1% of the full value of that order. Calculate your monthly platform fee

Enter the full value of completed orders for the calendar month in three separate groups: orders your company created and completed; orders received from partners and completed by your drivers; orders passed to partners and completed by them. Your company’s fee is 1% of the sum of these three groups. Count each order only once.

A calendar month, one clear statement

The server calculates the platform fee at the end of each calendar month and issues an invoice. You have 14 days to pay for DispHub services.

The platform keeps developing

Software maintenance, support and planned product updates are included. Special features built specifically for your company are scoped and priced separately before work starts.

Extra work, agreed separately

Custom development, SEO, PPC and social media advertising are optional services with a separately agreed scope and price. There are no other mandatory DispHub charges beyond the stated platform fee and app branding.

Before you get started

What is the 1% calculated from?

The fee is calculated from the full value of a completed order, not from the company’s commission or profit. When a company creates and completes an order itself, it pays DispHub 1% of the full order value once. When the order is passed to another company and completed by that company, the company that passed it on and the company that completed it each pay DispHub 1% of the full value of that order.

Does the number of drivers affect the fee?

There is no per-driver charge and no subscription. The percentage-based platform fee is zero if your company has completed no orders and none of the orders it passed to partners have been completed. One-time branding and separately commissioned services are separate items.

What does the $2,000 launch package include?

A one-time $500 per app: passenger Android, passenger iOS, driver Android and driver iOS. The full $2,000 package includes your logo and colours, admin-panel branding and the dispatch workspace.

Are product updates paid separately?

Software maintenance, support and planned product updates are included. Special features built specifically for your company are scoped and priced separately before work starts.

When do we pay?

The server calculates the platform fee at the end of each calendar month and issues an invoice. You have 14 days to pay for DispHub services.

What about payments to other providers?

Advertising budgets, bank processing fees and your own store-account or country-integration costs are not DispHub platform charges. We identify the applicable third-party services when agreeing your launch configuration.

What if we decide to leave?

Your brand, customer base, phone number and store accounts remain yours. Agree the export of customers, drivers, orders and tariffs in an open format as part of the launch terms.

See your city in your app

We can set up a demo fleet with your fares and zones and run a shift together with your dispatcher. We plan one evening for this session and agree the schedule with you.
