Platform
One platform for
your whole service
Connect passenger bookings, driver work, dispatch and management in DispHub. Your company defines its brand, service area, fares and operating rules.
Four roles, one connected order
Each person has their own tools. Booking details, order status and the completed trip connect their work.
The passenger books
A route, service and booking details enter the system through the app or dispatcher.
Dispatch coordinates
Assignment follows your settings. The dispatcher handles requests that need a team decision.
The driver completes
The driver sees the order, marks arrival, carries out the trip and records completion in the app.
Management reviews
Orders, drivers, fares and financial records are available in the management workspace.
Customer app
Your service in the passenger’s phone
A branded iOS and Android app brings the services you offer into one booking journey. Your company chooses the available services and vehicle classes.
- Route, vehicle class and price before booking
- Advance bookings and additional stops
- Payment choices, promotions and trip history
Driver app
A working tool for every shift
The driver app connects incoming orders, trip stages and earnings. Your company sets the rules; drivers work with the services and orders available to them.
- Available orders and personal filters
- Arrival, waiting, trip and completion
- Balance, earnings and order history
Dispatch system
Keep the whole shift in view
Take phone bookings, work with advance orders and corporate accounts, and review order events in one workspace.
- Booking details, route, fare and comments
- Automatic and manual assignment settings
- Order history, archive and exports
Owner dashboard
Make decisions with your service data
Review operations and finances, manage people and vehicles, and configure your company’s service area and commercial settings.
- Orders, driver activity and financial reports
- Drivers, vehicles, classes, fares and areas
- Promotions, app banners and partner settings
Your company sets the direction
Your brand
Your name, logo and colours in branded passenger and driver apps. Branding is a separate one-time part of the launch.
Your operating rules
Set the services, vehicle classes, fares and geography that fit your fleet. Individual development is scoped separately.
Your launch requirements
Payment, telephony and fiscal connections depend on the country and service providers. Their scope and availability are agreed for each deployment.
Pricing
1%Pay as your fleet completes orders
When a company creates and completes an order itself, it pays DispHub 1% of the full order value once. When the order is passed to another company and completed by that company, the company that passed it on and the company that completed it each pay DispHub 1% of the full value of that order. No subscription or per-driver fees.
App branding is a one-time payment. Individual development and marketing services are ordered separately.
Plan your start with DispHub
Bring your current workflow, fares and launch requirements to the discussion. The migration page explains what to prepare and what needs to be agreed.
Before you get started
Who operates the transport service?
Your company operates the service and works with its drivers and customers. DispHub supplies the software that connects their work.
Is the partner network required?
No. Your company decides whether to participate, chooses partners and can disable the connection. Partner settlement terms are agreed separately.
What is included in the platform fee?
The platform fee includes software maintenance, support and planned updates. App branding is paid once; individual development and marketing services are ordered separately.
