Book ahead
Choose a specific time, with a reminder and automatic vehicle assignment in advance.
Scheduled bookings retain their date and time. Advance assignment and pickup buffers are configured around your fleet’s operating rules.
The customer specifies the required pickup date and time. Dispatch records the booking and coordinates the vehicle for that agreed time.
The screen and what to do
Passenger: open the time selector, choose the pickup date and time, then save them in the booking.
Screens show the Ukrainian interface. Names, prices and available settings depend on the service. Select a screen to view it at full size.

Available services and integrations follow the setup agreed for your company. If an option is missing, confirm its availability and your access rights with the person managing your fleet.
