How are partner balances settled?

The system records the originating company and the company whose driver completes the order, then calculates their shares. At calendar month-end, DispHub reconciles the balances and handles invoices and mutual settlements through the platform. For an order passed to another company and completed by that company, the company that passed it on and the company that completed it each pay DispHub 1% of the full order value. This fee is calculated separately from the partners’ agreed shares.

The owner sets participation, partners and commercial rules. Dispatchers follow order execution; drivers see the orders made available to them. The owner’s dashboard brings the resulting balances together.

Share an order with connected partners and follow its execution by another fleet’s driver. Participation and settlement rules are managed by the owner.
