From collection to delivery
Choose delivery, enter the two addresses and describe the parcel. Select the courier and handoff options available in your service.
Dispatch follows the order, and the courier uses the assigned route and booking details. Clarify collection instructions before the handoff.
After handoff, the order is completed on the driver and customer sides. The customer can leave a rating and comment about the delivery.
The screen and what to do
Sender: enter sender and recipient details, parcel type and description before continuing.
Sender: select a car or motorcycle courier and handover at the vehicle or door-to-door.
Screens show the Ukrainian interface. Names, prices and available settings depend on the service. Select a screen to view it at full size.

Available services and integrations follow the setup agreed for your company. If an option is missing, confirm its availability and your access rights with the person managing your fleet.
