Edit the tariff, pickup, stops, date and time in one form. Scheduled orders remain visible in their own queue.
A regular customer, a special vehicle or a disputed situation may need an operator’s decision. Select a driver manually from the order form when your access rights allow it.
Scheduled bookings retain their date and time. Advance assignment and pickup buffers are configured around your fleet’s operating rules.
The screen and what to do
Dispatcher: in the order form, check the customer, addresses, pickup time, class and additional conditions.
Screens show the Ukrainian interface. Names, prices and available settings depend on the service. Select a screen to view it at full size.
For your configuration
Available services and integrations follow the setup agreed for your company. If an option is missing, confirm its availability and your access rights with the person managing your fleet.
