From booking to a completed ride
A passenger books through the app, or a dispatcher enters the addresses, tariff and booking details.
The driver receives the order and its route. Dispatch follows the order state and can assist when the booking needs attention.
Completed orders remain in the archive with their route, time and value. The owner can review turnover and driver activity.
The screen and what to do
Passenger: check the pickup address, add a destination and continue to vehicle selection.
Passenger: select an available class and check the price and payment method before confirming.
Passenger: check the status, vehicle plate and route in the active trip card. Driver contact options are available here.
Screens show the Ukrainian interface. Names, prices and available settings depend on the service. Select a screen to view it at full size.
For your configuration
Available services and integrations follow the setup agreed for your company. If an option is missing, confirm its availability and your access rights with the person managing your fleet.
